Australia’s leading low-cost carrier, Jetstar, is in trouble on both sides of the Tasman and facing court action in Australia and New Zealand for allegedly misleading customers about their rights to refunds and compensation. The airline is facing serious allegations that may be tested in court, but it is more likely that some form of settlement will be reached before it gets that far.
