Premier Jacinta Allan has been slammed for her decision to not attend a parliamentary probe into the issues plaguing Victoria’s crisis-riddled Ambulance service.

Speaking to Australian Aviation, Kevin Elliott, Code Four CEO and director of the airshow, said the team had considered other options to hold the event after beach erosion scuppered its normal venue of Surfers Paradise, but found them all lacking.

The helicopter (similar aircraft pictured) was located after a search by an Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) Challenger rescue jet, as well as a Victorian Air Ambulance helicopter and a local skydiving aircraft, the ABC has reported.

Vietjet shifts all Australia flights to Ho Chi Minh City

The Vietnamese low-cost carrier will end its Sydney-Hanoi service on 27 September and its Melbourne-Hanoi service on 3 October, but will gradually ramp up to daily flights from both destinations, as well as Brisbane, to Ho Chi Minh City.
