The Boeing VC-137C, also known as SAM (Special Air Mission) 26000, is one of the many iconic aircraft in the United States Air Force Museum. The aircraft was used by President Kennedy, after whom the JFK airport was renamed from its original Idlewild. US presidents have used a variety of aircraft in the past, including the likes of the Boeing 314 Clipper (aka flying boat).
