The BETA ALIA CX300, currently registered N401NZ, took off from Tauranga Airport on Friday morning for its inaugural test flight. It will be based at Hamilton, then move to Wellington in December for another two months.

RAAF revives No. 12 squadron for maritime surveillance

The squadron has been returned to service to improve Australia’s maritime surveillance capability and coincide with the arrival of Australia’s thirteenth P-8A Poseidon aircraft. A final aircraft is scheduled to arrive next year.
