Airbus has awarded a significant contract for the manufacturing and assembly of an A220 part to a Bengaluru-based company. This is a significant boost to the Indian government’s ‘Make in India’ vision, which also aligns with the aviation minister’s aim of establishing an aviation manufacturing ecosystem in the country.
