US President Joe Biden has made a monumental gaffe at the NATO summit, referring to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as ‘President Putin’.
The error comes two weeks after a disastrous debate against Republican challenger and former President Donald Trump and ahead of Biden’s crucial solo press conference.
