Police are negotiating with a man they believe may be armed with a weapon inside a Seddon property, in Melbourne’s inner west.
Video posted online from witnesses show several officers at the scene on the suburb’s popular Victoria Street, talking to the man, who is believed to be the only person inside the address.
Police are advising locals to avoid the area, but believe there is currently no risk to the community.
