The Airbus A330neo, an upgrade to the A330, entered service in 2018 with the Portuguese flag carrier TAP Air Portugal. This widebody aircraft that was launched at one of the most spectacular airshows – the Farnborough Airshow in 2014 – holds a lot of promise for the aviation community. It is a significantly quieter aircraft, it has lower greenhouse gas emissions, and a greater range than its predecessor- the Airbus A330.
