FAA Awards Nearly $250 Million In Grants To Upgrade Airports In 37 States

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will award $245.9 million throughout 2024 in Airport Infrastructure Grants (AIGs). Included in the investment package are a total of 153 individual grants across 37 states, with the money being put towards improving airport infrastructure and runway safety, as well as promoting sustainability projects.
