Two years ago, Anna Tigipko spoke to RAILMARKET about the ambition to establish TransANT and TAS Dniprovagonmash on the European freight wagon market. At InnoTrans 2026, we met again. This time, the discussion was less about plans and more about what survived contact with the market: how the modular wagon concept has evolved, why TransANT added the more conventional solutions, what Ukrainian production can deliver for European customers, and why listening to the customer sometimes means offering less complexity rather than more.
