As the name suggests, the Million Miler status can be earned by traveling a million miles. While it may seem a far-fetched target, it can certainly be achieved with some determination and consistency towards a specific airline. But once achieved, it generally means having some kind of elite status throughout the lifetime of the carriers loyalty program.

Here’s an odd story for you: A Lufthansa passenger was left feeling confused after their flights from Lisbon to Finland via Frankfurt were retimed. Given the flight timings were altered, the passenger was also offered the option of free rebooking, as is standard.
