Earlier today, a Virgin Atlantic Airbus A350-1000 landed at London Stansted Airport (STN) from Indianapolis International Airport (IND). While transatlantic traffic plays an important role in the carrier’s day-to-day operations, its London base is not Stansted but Heathrow (LHR), and Indianapolis is not on its usual roster of US destinations. As such, this flight, numbered as VS632, drew interest.
