Star Alliance carrier United Airlines has celebrated the delivery of the first aircraft to be powered by the Pratt & WhitneyGTF Advantage engine. The delivery of this aircraft marks an important milestone, being the first commercial aircraft to be powered by the unique engines, which offer advanced durability and can deliver up to twice as much time on wing when compared to previous-generation models.
