Airbus Opens Dedicated Aircraft Lifecycle Center In China

Announced at the beginning of 2022, Airbus has finally inaugurated its first dedicated Aircraft Lifecycle Services Centre (ALSC) in Chengdu, China. The facility is a testament to the collaborative efforts between Airbus, Tarmac Aerosave, the city of Chengdu, and Satair, an Airbus company. It is also expected to revolutionize how aircraft are managed throughout their lifecycle, encompassing a comprehensive range of services from parking and storage to maintenance, upgrades, conversions, dismantling, and recycling.
