Etihad Airways will briefly remove the Airbus A380 from its route from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) to Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) later this year. The type first served this route around 18 months ago, having first been deployed back in early 2025, giving the route a 28% capacity boost at the time. Now, however, the A380s that would have served it later this year are set to fly elsewhere.
