The Boeing 787 family has already transformed the long-haul market, with airlines across the world using the aircraft on routes that would have been difficult or uneconomical only a generation ago. While the smaller Boeing 787-8 helped launch the Dreamliner program and the Boeing 787-9 has become the dominant member of the family, increasing attention is now turning toward the largest variant, the Boeing 787-10, which could prove to be the most valuable widebody aircraft over the next decade.
