Moira Deeming, a Liberal Party MP in Victoria, filed a lawsuit against state president Brian Loughnane hours before a state executive vote on her candidacy for the upcoming state election.
The legal action follows her police complaint against Matthew Guy alleging a headlock, which police reviewed via CCTV and found no offence detected.
