While private jets are typically synonymous with luxury, the French aircraft manufacturer Dassault’s products are also interchangeable with three engines, as many of its private jets have come with a trijet configuration over the years. Many other business aircraft companies never truly attempted to develop private jets with three engines since an additional power plant adds operational complexity to a relatively small aircraft.
