Years of promises and not being able to even complete a single section of High Speed Line Australia is the only continent (other than Antarctica) that has failed to build a high speed rail line. Is there no hope for competition on the Sydney to Melbourne route?
Give a construction contract to the Japanese or the Chinese and get on with building this very important project.
