Nearly 1 In 3 Pilots Killed In Crashes Had Impairing Drugs – And It’s Getting Worse

A recent study by the United States National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has identified the continued increase in the presence of drugs when testing fatally injured pilots. The study shows that close to a third of all pilots tested were on potentially impairing drugs and operating in potentially impairing conditions.
