LOT Polish Airlines Takes Boeing To Court Despite Still Flying 26 737 MAX Jets

The last few years have been a challenging time forBoeing, with the US planemaker most notably having to contend with a 20-month grounding period for its new 737 MAX narrowbody twinjet series after two fatal accidents in 2018 and 2019 that bore striking parallels. Now, the manufacturer has been taken to court by one of its own customers, LOT Polish Airlines, which, despite operating many 737 MAX jets, wishes to highlight Boeing’s deceit.
