This is Bendigo West Labor MP Maree Edwards. She smashed her car into a tradie’s trailer during a school drop-off, but instead of stopping, she drove off.
After the victim reported the incident to police, Maree Edwards lied and claimed it wasn’t her.
She is also very anti passenger rail working hard to have rail lines closed and pulled in her electorate. She does not stand for a reduction in environmental damage caused by trucks and cars, she wants half a billion dollars of rail infrastructure torn out for a few cyclists and lack of a business case.
She has blocked V/Line from obtaining access to the Castlemaine to Maryborough railway line connecting effectively connecting two large regional centres by passenger rail for a few cyclists on a Sunday morning. She wants the government to spend millions a rail trail instead of the same amount on a rail line.
Now she claims she did not collide with a vehicle.
If it is proven that she lied to law enforcement, this will demonstrate that she’s unfit to be the Parliamentary Speaker, & she should resign. How can she hope to fairly adjudicate Members of Parliament if she’s incapable of owning up to the truth?
She is incompetent, you cannot trust Maree Edwards MP.
