Greens Senator Slams One Nation After SA Election Surge

One Nation achieved its best-ever result in South Australia’s March 21 state election, grabbing about 21% of the primary vote and at least one lower house seat, outpacing the Liberals’ 18%.

Labor won a historic landslide with 38% primaries and 32 seats, while Greens hit a record 12%.

Hanson-Young accused One Nation of lying about preference flows, receiving Liberal preferences despite denials, and running a disendorsed candidate Aoi Baxter with a UK arrest warrant for a sexual touching charge; she also claimed they spread hate against Australia’s diversity.
