EU Court Upholds Ryanair’s Complaint Against Condor State Aid

The European Union (EU) General Court has annulled the European Commissions (EC) decision to approve the restructuring aid given to Condor, the German airline, in a case that was brought forward by the Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair. The court announced the decision on May 8.
