Researcher John Greenewald Jr. discovered that approximately 3.8 million pages of declassified UFO, UAP, and extraterrestrial life documents were deleted from one server of The Black Vault due to a hosting provider maintenance error.
The deletion occurred following President Donald Trump’s Truth Social post directing the Department of Defense and other agencies to release related government records.
Greenewald restored all files from backups with no permanent loss and stated he did not suspect foul play.
