It is relatively easy and defensible to say that the United States has the most powerful stealth aircraft. Many articles about stealth aircraft focus on radar cross-section (RCS), which is where the Russian Sukhoi Su-57 does fairly well, but RCS is just one (important) aspect of stealth.
