The United States maintains dozens of bases around the Pacific that can be used by its air assets from the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, and Army. These include bases on its own sovereign territory, permanent US bases in allied territory, and a presence in allied air bases. Some of these airbases are permanent, while others are rotational.
