Parents of a man who died inside the jet engine of an Airbus A220 at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) have filed a lawsuit against the city. The incident occurred on January 1, 2024, when the passenger walked onto the tarmac and traveled nearly a mile to the area where the aircraft was being deiced, ultimately stepping into the jet engine.
