The Metropolitan Police charged the 50-year-old comedian with one count of rape and one count of sexual assault, both relating to incidents in 2009 with two additional women.
Brand, who already pleaded not guilty in May 2025 to five earlier charges from 1999-2005 involving four women, will appear in Westminster Magistrates’ Court on January 20, 2026.
He has denied all allegations, calling them a coordinated media attack tied to his political shift, while the case now totals seven charges across six women amid an investigation sparked in 2023 by media reports.
