Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene appeared on CNN Sunday, blaming her escalating rift with President Donald Trump on her advocacy for unsealing Jeffrey Epstein’s files, which she says contradicts Trump’s recent withdrawal of her endorsement and personal attacks labeling her a ‘traitor.’
She apologised for contributing to years of toxic politics, citing the assassination of Charlie Kirk as a catalyst for promoting unity and kindness, while criticising Trump’s meeting with former Al Qaeda leader Ahmed al-Sharaa as a betrayal of U.S. troops.
Greene questioned potential foreign influence, possibly from Israel, in suppressing the Epstein records, amid ongoing House efforts to release more documents.
