The death of a man in West Melbourne has been reviewed and will be included in the lives lost tally, Victoria Police confirmed on October 22.
Ambulance crews were called to an incident in Errol St, West Melbourne about 10.45pm on September 29 where it is believed an 18-year-old man rendered himself unconscious after falling off the back of a tram.
He was taken to hospital where he later died.
Police were not notified of the incident at the time but have since investigated the matter and a report has been prepared for the Coroner.
