An Australian judge bailed a 15 year old accused of multiple armed robberies so that he could go on an overseas holiday with his family in Europe.
The court determined that it would be an inconvenience for the family to miss out on the holiday, which was pre-planned, if they had to stay back and look after their alleged criminal 15 year old.
How would they have to stay back if he was in jail he would be looked after!
