U Mobile taps Huawei, ZTE for separate 5G-A enterprise projects

Malaysian telco U Mobile announced on Monday it has sold its merchant acquiring business GoBiz to NTT Data Cardpay in order to better focus on developing 5G-powered digital services for enterprises, particularly SMEs.

Telekom Malaysia’s wholesale business arm TM Global said on Monday it has extended its collaboration with cloud infrastructure provider Radian Arc for another two years to expand TM’s wholesale cloud gaming offering into new markets.

MTN South Africa has reportedly signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with China Telecom Global and Huawei to develop digital infrastructure across MTN’s African footprint.
