Malaysian 5G network provider U Mobile says it has signed on government-owned telecoms infrastructure provider Sacofa as a strategic fibre backhaul partner to accelerate the rollout of its 5G network in Sarawak.
U Mobile says it has signed on OCK Telco Infra – a subsidiary of Malaysian telecoms network solutions provider and regional towerco OCK Group – as its latest preferred 5G in-building coverage infrastructure partner for its nationwide 5G rollout.
Thai telco True Corp said on Tuesday it has begun implementing dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS) technology on the 2600-MHz band that it says will improve the performance and efficiency of its 4G and 5G services.
