Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is set to welcome Airbus A340-300 flights in October 2025. According to the aviation analytics company Cirium, Lufthansa will temporarily swap its Boeing 787 Dreamliners for the older-generation four-engine jets on the transatlantic route from Frankfurt to Montréal.
