Spirit Airlines To Continue Operations Despite Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Filing

Spirit Airlineshas confirmed that it will be able to continue its operation of scheduled commercial passenger flights as normal, despite filing for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection for the second time in a year last week. The carrier has received court approval that will allow it to support the continuation of its business.
