Several unions representing employees at American Airlines have joined forces to criticize the carrier’s “trailing financial performance” compared to its rivals and called for greater management accountability. Union leaders convened this Labor Day Weekend to discuss a variety of topics, including enhanced coordination between unions and greater employee benefits.
