An open say was head yesterday, very busy, lots of people in attendance all I am sure looking forward to the opening of the new station on the new Metro Tunnel in Melbourne.

The following internal photographs are by Matthew Boldiston (https://x.com/MatthewBoldist1) and show more of the interior of the station itself. Surprising is the small customer service window that will become quite the issue as people who need service will only have a single window with which to obtain service.
Sadly there is not yet a connection between Arden Station and North Melbourne stations. I hope this is implemented to the buildings planning for the site as this would be a very convenient way to change between stations. Melbourne has never down this well at all it is never understood by transport planners.
