TheBoeing 747 is one of the most recognizable aircraft ever, with a second deck at the front of its fuselage and four powerful engines under its wings. The 747 was the world’s first widebody airliner, and, after its introduction in the early 1970s, over 1,500 examples across all variants were produced. Today, it has mostly been removed from commercial passenger service, but Lufthansa, Air China, Korean Air, and Rossiya Airlines still fly it to a limited degree.
