The Railway 200 train ‘Inspiration’ is currently visiting the Locomotion Museum; however, next month, from the 5th to the 7th of October, it will be visiting the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.
The UK’s busiest heritage railway has begun discussions with the engineering construction industry’s skills body on working together to enhance railway engineering skills.
The North Yorkshire Moors Railway is to convert former War Department 2-10-0 steam locomotive Dame Vera Lynn to run on oil instead of coal.
