More than 600 airports across the US and its territories have commercial flights in August. That’s based on examining schedules using OAG data. Of these, the top 10 facilities for flights are Chicago O’Hare, Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Los Angeles, Charlotte, Seattle, New York JFK, Houston Intercontinental, and Boston. Of course, the order would be different for other measurements, including passengers.
