On Tuesday, April 9, Textron Aviation, which owns the famed aviation manufacturer Cessna, officially announced the introduction of several upgraded aircraft into service. These aircraft are upgraded versions of famous piston high-wing aircraft that are representative of the famous Cessna brand. The upgraded aircraft include the Cessna 172 Skyhawk, Cessna 182 Skylane, Cessna T182 Turbo Skylane, and the Cessna T206 Turbo Stationair HD. These upgrades include both interior and avionics upgrades, whereas the Cessna T182 Turbo Skylane was a reintroduction of the aircraft that had its production paused in 2013.
