Air traffic controllers in the Colombian city ofBogota have found themselves in hot water after footage emerged online of a teenage boy giving clearances to aircraft in their tower. The youngster was present for almost an hour, and allegedly interacted with up to 20 aircraft during this period of time. This had serious consequences.
