From 2001 to 2024, German airlineCondoroperated direct flights from its main base in Frankfurt in Germany, to the remote Canadian town of Whitehorse in the Yukon Territory. For now, these flights have ended as Whitehorse Airport is carrying out extensive reconstruction works on its primary runway, andCondor retired the Boeing 767-300 aircraft it formerly operated. German tourists continue to explore the Yukon, but now those flying with Condor need to transfer in Vancouver or Calgary.
