New York City, New York, is one of the most populous cities in the world, and, more specifically, it is the most populated city in the United States, home to nearly nine million people. Because of this, alongside its unique location on the East Coast, which makes it an easy transfer for transatlantic flights, it is no wonder that the city is home to multiple large public airports. The city is home to one of the busiest airports in the US, John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), which had over 30 million enplanements in 2024.
