Los Angeles is home to one of the busiest airports in the world in terms of aircraft movements, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). According to Airports Council International (ACI), in 2024, the airport ranked seventh in terms of landings and takeoffs globally, with the airport’s movements increasing by 1.2% year-on-year (YoY).
