The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) said that the deal between Boeing and Spirit AeroSystems could be anticompetitive, according to a report by Reuters. The news comes almost a year after both companies entered into a definitive agreement for Boeing to purchase Spirit AeroSystems in an all-stock transaction priced at $4.7 billion.
