Last summer, Honda Aircraft Company announced it had plans to commercialize one of the company's business jet concepts. The concept was known as the HondaJet 2600, a light business jet that was first introduced in 2021 at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition.

US legacy carrier Delta Air Lines has agreed to pay $330 million to acquire a 15% stake in Canadian airline WestJet. This marks the latest development in the SkyTeam member’s ongoing partnership with the airline, which dates back more than 14 years to the start of 2011.
