Today, Cathay Pacific announced it had set a new target to reduce its carbon emissions by 12% from the 2019 level by 2030. The Hong Kong airline further committed to its goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 and will accelerate using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to boost its efforts toward the 2030 interim target.
