Judge Rules Delta Air Lines’ Lawsuit Against CrowdStrike Can Proceed

In mid-May 2025, a Georgia state court judge officially cleared the way for Delta Air Lines to continue filing its remaining claims against CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity vendor that made the headlines last summer. A software malfunction traced to the company in July 2024 forced the airline to cancel around 7,000 flights.
